Arguably the most important goal of a travel destination is to meet or exceed the expectations of its visitors. Visitor feedback is key in determining how a destination is performing. It also provides a way to identify changes that a destination can implement to better satisfy its visitors.

RoomBoss provides a way for destinations to receive feedback from their visitors. Notably also from potential visitors who enquired but decided not to travel to the destination.

This page shows feedback from visitors to Niseko ski resort, Japan. The survey commenced winter season 2010/11 and is ongoing.

Range of ticket options, great runs, friendly staff and best service we have experienced anywhere in the world. Great food, big range of options. Very pretty village, loved it!
